We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team.

Key performance areas:

Responsible for overall financial management of busines
Provide direction and make recommendations on financial and strategic matters to Board of Directors
Lead strategic initiatives –e.g. cloud migration of ERP
Manage a team of accountants
Communicate with auditors and prepare financials for audit purposes
Responsible for budget process and ensure overall budgetary control
Develop and monitor internal control systems
Own key relationships with financier
Compile and interpret management accounts
Provide timely and relevant information to management to aid decision-making
Improve the effectiveness of the business via the optimization of profit centres


An appropriate degree in Accounting/Financial Management with financial and cost accounting
At least 7 years’ experience in such an environment (it will be an advantage if experience is in the agricultural/food industry)
Knowledge of Navision and Jet reports would be an advantage
