Wildeklawer, based in the Barkly West district in the Northern Cape, is currently looking for a senior inventory officer.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- General office administration and support services.
- Accepting responsibility for the accurate recording and processing of information in relation to the production department. Creditors in so far as the orders, receipt, issue and the applicable invoicing process.
- Production means inventory management. Knowledge and relevant experience of other financial functions would be beneficial. Ongoing reporting to management.
Requirements
- At least grade 12, but an appropriate tertiary qualification will serve as a strong recommendation (ie B Com).
- Accounting background with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel as well as Navision is a strong recommendation
- Experience in an agricultural environment and knowledge of means of production in the agricultural industry will be an advantage.
- An emotionally mature person, who functions well under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to work together in an administrative team.
