JOB OPPORTUNITY: SENIOR STOCK OFFICER AT WILDEKLAWER

Wildeklawer, based in the Barkly West district in the Northern Cape, is currently looking for a senior inventory officer.

The successful applicant will be expected to:

  • General office administration and support services.
  • Accepting responsibility for the accurate recording and processing of information in relation to the production department. Creditors in so far as the orders, receipt, issue and the applicable invoicing process.
  • Production means inventory management. Knowledge and relevant experience of other financial functions would be beneficial. Ongoing reporting to management.

Requirements

  • At least grade 12, but an appropriate tertiary qualification will serve as a strong recommendation (ie B Com).
  • Accounting background with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel as well as Navision is a strong recommendation
  • Experience in an agricultural environment and knowledge of means of production in the agricultural industry will be an advantage.
  • An emotionally mature person, who functions well under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to work together in an administrative team.
