The suitable candidate must have:
- General office administration and support services;
- An appropriate tertiary qualification or senior certificate with an accounting background and computer literacy, as well as the necessary experience in creditors;
- Proficiency in Excel and Navision is mandatory;
- You must take full responsibility for accurate bookkeeping and processing of information regarding the department’s transactions, namely: purchase orders, purchase invoices, intergroup transactions (handling thereof) and adhering to deadlines for the submission of reports to the relevant managers is an important requirement;
- Ongoing reporting to management;
- At least Grade 12 with Accounting as a subject, although a relevant tertiary qualification will be a strong recommendation;
- At least six years of applicable experience;
- An emotionally mature individual who copes well under pressure;
- Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to work within an administrative team.
