Harvesting season is around the corner at Wildeklawer

As the spring sun bathes our beautiful Northern Cape farm in its golden glow, we are preparing to harvest our onions.

Did you know that onions have been cultivated for over 5,000 years? These bulbs have been a staple in kitchens across the globe since ancient times. From their use in soups and stews to the crispy zing in salads, onions bring flavour and tradition to our tables.

But it’s not just about the onions here at Wildeklawer Farm; it’s also about the breathtaking beauty of the Northern Cape in spring and summer.

Our fields stretch as far as the eye can see and we are so grateful for the stunning landscape that surround us.
